Yes! It will work for any woman.

What do Doctors think about the Kegelmaster ?
We have had 100% positive response from doctors. This, despite the fact
that doctors can't make income from it! Please don't hesitate to ask
your doctor about the Kegelmaster. Many progressive physicians are

Who Should Not Use the Kegelmaster 2000?
Very "small-framed" women who have never experienced childbirth may find
the Kegelmaster too big.

All vaginal exercise should be avoided during the six-week postpartum
period after the birth of a baby or for a minimum of six weeks after
genitourinary or pelvic surgical procedures, unless specifically
recommended by your physician.

• Do not use with other intravaginal devices such as tampons, diaphragms
  or peccaries.

• During your menstrual cycle.

• During the course of an urinary tract infections. Pregnant women should
  check with their physician.

How Long Do I Need to Use The Kegelmaster ?

There is not a woman on earth who couldn't benefit from the use of the
Kegelmaster  for the rest of her life. It takes a commitment to stay in
shape.  Your body will not do it on its' own. Make a commitment to use
the Kegelmaster. Someday you will look back and realize you've made one
of the best decisions of your life. 


How Will I Know the Kegelmaster 2000 is Working?

Both you and your partner will notice increased tightening during
intercourse after one use. With continued use of the Kegelmaster
exercise program you will totally control incontinence. Vaginal strength

What Happens If I Stop Using the Kegelmaster?

As with any muscle that is not in use, atrophy will occur. The breakdown
which takes place within the muscle tissue will be gradual. Your partner
might object to discontinued use of the Kegelmaster  as he/she will
notice a decrease in vaginal strength. Are you nuts! Keep using the
Kegelmaster!

How Do I Clean My Kegelmaster 2000?

The Kegelmaster is easy to disassemble and clean. Hand wash with warm,
soapy, water.  Adjustable bolt and springs are stainless steel and will
not rust or corrode. Alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, or betadine may also be
used.

Should I Worry About Soreness?

It is impossible to "overexercise" the pubococcygeal (PC or "kegel")
muscle.   The Kegelmaster, if one really "overdoes it" may produce some
soreness or a slightly uncomfortable feeling, comparable to
over-exercising any other body part at the gym. If it hurts, stop!
Allow the muscles to recuperate and eventually the muscles will
"toughen" up and become stronger, and using the Kegelmaster will become
pleasurable, fun and sexually exciting! Enjoy! Enjoy!

Why don't I hear the Kegelmaster clicking?

This happens when the Kegelmaster is being held up too high.  Also, make
sure that you do not push the Kegelmaster in too far. (only about 3
inches)  When inserting the Kegelmaster go slowly and you will feel it
"fall" into place. Do not allow the unit to tilt too high. It should be
in line or a little lower than the mid level of your vagina.

The "clicking" is excellent feedback and positive reinforcement, but any
movement whatsoever of the "PC" muscle, against the dynamic
"resistance" the Kegelmaster provides  yields big benefits.
